Connection problem or invalid MMI code
I am very impressed by the professionalism this forum has demonstarted, and would like to express my thanks to every member that has contributed time and efforts to provide us with so much valuable knowledge.
The subject error message Connection problem or invalid MMI code
appears when I dial #646# to check my T-Mobile minutes from my handset (or #225# for account balance).
However strange this may sound, T-Mobile Customere Service here in the US could not do anything about it. This is the best description of their answer:
My device is an e1000 Star with 2.2.1 and I am quite happy with it so far.
Does anyone have similar experience or a solution for this problem?
(BTW, I can read and understand Russian very well, but my grammar needs some improvement...)
Any help or advice on how to resolve the error will be greatly appreciated.
